Description:
You will be the Quality Analyst for the F-35 Quality Delivery Operations team, which is responsible for supporting various build areas including Aircraft Finishing Facility (AFF), Acceptance Test Facility (ATF), Fuel Test Facility (FTF), Ground Operations, Flight Operations, DD-250, and Ferry.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Quality Inspection and Analysis capabilities to support F-35 Product-Quality activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing timely and responsive Quality Inspection and Analysis capabilitiesPerforming "Safe for Flight" release of fighter aircraft for delivery operations and analyzing open defects/discrepancies to determine airworthinessConducting surveillance audits for compliance to the F-35 Quality Management PlanDeveloping and implementing inspection plans, procedures, and tools to detect product defectsAnalyzing and interpreting data and metrics to drive continuous improvementWhat’s In It For You

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
This is a Third shift position
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of aviation manufacturing, production and/or flightline operations experience.
2+ years of aviation quality experience.
Experience with aircraft maintenance and sortie (flight) generation technical acumen.
Professional experience working on and with multi-functional teams.
Change Management, Conflict Resolution, Interpersonal Relationship and Team Building skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external Customers, Team Members, Leadership, Colleagues and Peers.
Experience analyzing and interpreting engineering specifications, drawings, and data analytics.
Experience utilizing precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Skills:
Associate degree in aviation, manufacturing, management, leadership, or related discipline.
Experience with Product-Quality methods either from the quality or manufacturing perspective.
Experience exercising Aircraft "Safe for Flight Release" or "Exceptional Release" certification.
Fighter or bomber aircraft maintenance and sortie (flight) generation experience.
Experience managing FOD incident, Lost Tool, mishap, and product nonconformance investigations.
Ability to effectively navigate complex product and process-related requirements to validate nonconformances and develop corrective actions in coordination with DCMA and Production colleagues.
Experience with Automated Logistics Information System (ALIS) or similar Aircraft maintenance management Systems, Shop Floor Manager (SFM) or similar manufacturing system, Product Data Management (PDM) or similar engineering database, Quality Assurance Documentation System (QADS) or similar system.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
