Description:You will be the Quality Analyst for the Receiving Inspection department. Our team is responsible for evaluating the quality of incoming hardware and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, applying quality principles in various areas, including design, production control, and product evaluation. You will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality in our incoming hardware.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Applying quality principles in design, incoming material, production control, and product evaluation
- Developing and maintaining inspection plans and procedures for incoming hardware
- Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues
- Reviewing quality records for accuracy and compliance
- Developing strategies to improve internal and supplier performance
- Evaluating quality systems for deficiency identification and correction

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

-Practical experience preparing work instructions related to technical materials

-Experience working under and applying rules/regulations related to industry standards/government customers/engineering specifications
Desired Skills:
-Experience building specific work instructions to meet customer requirements

-Experience with inspection planning, nonconforming hardware processing, and corrective action development

-SAP and Apriso experience

-Familiarity with government/DoD customers

-Certification in quality assurance (e.g., CQA, CQE) or a related field
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
