**Description and Requirements**
**JOB ANALYSIS** **:**
+ Voice & Non-voice service orders, Field Service delivery orders, Parts & Logistics and Customer care cases Auditing and providing actionable insights for process improvement
+ Provides feedback to improve performance and develops training programs
+ Identify process improvement opportunities and projects
+ Conduct coaching sessions and huddles as and when required
**Skills required /Responsibilities:**
+ Prior knowledge on Quality Process
+ Excellent communication skill in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
+ Strong interpersonal skills, Soft skills and team-player.
+ Good understanding in the concepts of learning and development and basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel.
+ Basic understanding of Service Industry KPI’s.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Professional customer service skills & a positive attitude.
+ Flexibility in taking up challenges
+ Knowledge of After Sales services Industry and Audits on processes and procedures
**JOB SPECIFICATION** **:**
+ The Quality analyst assumes responsibility of quality performance in process and policies for Lenovo Program.
+ He/she will monitor the Service journey of customer and provide feedback on improvement areas to all the verticals involved in the Services.
