Job Title: Quality Analyst Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst to join our team. The role involves assisting with internal audit preparation for NADCAP audits, addressing nonconformance issues, and analyzing the Quality Management System (QMS) to identify gaps. You must be technically skilled with experience in Excel and possess strong experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities + Assist with internal audit preparation for NADCAP audits. + Address nonconformance issues efficiently and effectively. + Analyze the Quality Management System (QMS) to identify and address gaps. Essential Skills + Experience with Excel and technical proficiency. + Background in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting. + NADCAP and ISO 9001 experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Engineering Degree preferred. + Aerospace or Defense background desired. + Welding background is advantageous. Work Environment The work environment offers a structured schedule, Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will be immersed in a dynamic manufacturing setting, focusing on quality assurance processes and collaborating with a skilled team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
