This is an HOURLY and ONSITE position which does not support remote work or relocation assistance. The Quality Data Analyst will support the Quality Managers in activities related to data collection and registration in SAP, trend analyses based on data collected from key processes, as well as other quality system compliance activities through the Quality Department. Irrespective of other responsibilities, he/she shall have the responsibility to perform the positive release activities for finished goods in the system, identifying product that is to be placed on hold for finished product testing as part of the environmental monitoring program. From yourEXPERTISEto ours Key responsibilities for this position include: • Responsible for verifying and trending test results of in-process finished product and raw materials, as measured by production, quality and support operators. • Responsible for supporting the positive release program execution for all finished goods including the manual release in SAP of all finished products. • Register product holds in SAP, consolidate and distribute all supporting documents and files to stakeholders. • Collects and trends data related to quality and food safety aspects to monitor trends and calculate standard deviations. This includes, but is not limited to, data such as product release, product on hold, dispositions, environmental results, and CCP/OPRP compliance. • Applies critical thinking to data management. • Alerts Quality Management on serious issues detected based on data analysis findings and trends. • Liaise with other stakeholders to investigate specific trends that require follow-up and preventive actions. • Supports the Quality Lab Manager with document control process management and the lab policies and procedures updating. • Provides support on projects/tasks as needed, such as entering work orders (maintenance) and purchase orders in SAP. • Work with other departments to achieve overall company objectives and reduce industrial variability. Requirements From yourSTORYto ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following: Education- • Associate’s Degree or higher strongly preferred. Experience- • Two (2) years minimum experience in data collection and/or data management is required. Specialized Knowledge- • SAP- Preferred Skills / Abilities- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically strong Excel skills. • Ability to meet tight deadlines. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently. • Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize and manage projects in a changing, complex environment. • Collaborative and pragmatic mindset.
