**Job Description**
Validate operational processes and controls are complete, accurate, effective, and timely in accordance with internal and regulatory standard, guidelines, and procedures. Deliver succinct fact-based exception detail used to identify program issues, defect trends and correct human error within documented established frequencies.
+ Perform routine to moderately complex testing and control assessment activities
+ Create comprehensive audit trails, assessing, and documenting appropriate test conclusions
+ Maintain thorough knowledge of the products, policies, operations, and procedures related to the business unit
+ Good knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations
+ Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
+ Strong accuracy and attention to detail
**Basic Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically one to two years of relevant experience, preferably in quality analysis and measurement activities
**Preferred Skills/Experience**
- Good knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area
- Good knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
