Responsibilities for Quality Administrator include, but are not limited to: · Collaboration across different functional teams to align on a list of job positions and required document training per job function (This includes but is not limited to Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Safety, Lean Sigma, HR, Supply Chain, and Purchasing). · Review the current list of active employees in the QMS monthly to audit for accuracy, address gaps, and correct gaps. · Continuously align with other Functional Leaders at the site on a list of required training per function and position, then create and document a process · Work with Quality team members to implement, update and release work instructions and procedures in the QMS · Manage email inbox to address any training document questions in a timely manner · Complete all required training according to the site training schedule. · Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: · High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree desired. · 3 - 5 years in Quality or related experience is a plus · Understanding of applicable computer software and systems, such as Google Platforms, Microsoft Office, and Oracle · Strong attention to detail & organizational skills. Data accuracy is a must.
