POSITION: Quality [FAI] Engineer

 What You will Do:

Support Delta FAI dimension verification resulting from modification in supplier manufacturing process. Data collection & document review of FAI from supplierCMM report review & evaluation via MS ExcelConduct measurements using handheld tools

What You Will Bring:

Quality Engineer with 2 to 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, quality inspection or related fieldExpertise in FAI protocol and processes, such as AS9102. Preferred knowledge of AS9102, GE eCAV (GE FAIR system) and DISCUS (Software used to bubble prints)Demonstrated experience with GD&TAbility read blueprints & engineering drawingsAbility to read CMM output Ability to use general measurement tools (mics, blade mics, calipers)Good knowledge and understanding of Net inspect, Intermediate level skill with MS Excel

Pay Range: $36.00/hr – $40.00/hr

 

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

FT Temporary is eligible for limited benefits including Medical, Dental & Vision

Work Requirements:

This position is classified as 100% Onsite in West Des Moines IA

Full time Temporary, 2-3 month duration

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, zero travel is required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
