🔍 What You'll Be Doing:
Carrying out full assessments of risk and need for children and familiesManaging your own varied caseloadCreating and implementing child-centered care plansWorking within legal frameworks and safeguarding policiesCollaborating with partners across health, education and social careSupporting children through Court, Child in Need, and Child Protection processes✅ What We're Looking For:
Qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England)3+ years of post-qualification experienceStrong background in Children in Need, Court, and Child ProtectionExcellent communication, mediation, and relationship-building skillsA forward-thinking, flexible approach to careIn-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding🌟 What We Offer:
