Overview The Quaker Brands and Foods Innovation Manager - Indonesia role is very crucial to ensure that PepsiCo is able to drive Quaker brand and Foods innovation growth end to end both in breakfast cereal category or savory snacks. This role to develop strategic medium & long term plan which covers redefine positioning, strategic portfolio, brand communication campaign – driving Quaker penetration & its quality penetration. This role is also critical to support the market penetration of our savoury snacks category throgh innovation and product expansion. Responsibilities We will count on you to: Lead development of Quaker strategic plan, focus to revamp strategy and long term plan which covers brand plan strategy & portfolio Lead development of snacks strategic plan, focus to re-entry strategy and long term plan which covers brand plan strategy & portfolio Build disruptive & meaningful integrated marketing communication strategy which includes launch plan (comms & media, total connection planning) and visibility/promotion in all consumer touch point Develop marketing calendar which includes all advertising, promotion and visibility in all touch points Develop and build strong disruptive media plan with co creation with Media Team and agency into all consumers touch point, bringing connection with consumers through total connection plan which cover all traditional and digital media Build disruptive yet meaningful brand PR communication plan to support re-entry Accountable for managing total Advertising and Promotion spends as per plan and its effectiveness, act as process owner Co create and partner with consumer insight & sales team and analyze consumer trend/behaviour, monitor competitive strategy/moves, leveraging research/insight/competitive information to lead brand marketing plan Co create and partner with R&D for multi year portfolio strategy and innovation plan Be a key point of contact for Global team in developing advertising/portfolio/pack Co create brand and channel plan with trade marketing team in supporting all marketing plan and execution Qualifications What you need to have: Min 10 yrs of experience in Brand Management and Innovation Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Commerce. Well-rounded marketeers with experiences in Marketing/ Brand, Innovation & Business Development in multinational FMCG companies. Strong in business analysis, presentation, communication, consumer insight, project management, influencing & interpersonal skill. Energetic, fast learner with high learning agility. Result driven, self-motivated, open-minded, easily to adapt with changes, collaborative. Experience in BU/sector/global role/local company would be preferable but not limited to.
