Your tasks

The Quality Management and technical Compliance at Tires (QMtC) is responsible for ensuring quality of all products, which are produced on the basis of customer specifications and corresponding system guidelines. This is supported by the integration of digital technologies – such as low-code applications, automation, data science, and AI systems – into quality-related processes to enhance the precision, traceability, and efficiency of quality assurance.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a QMtC Business Application Owner & Key User

In this role, you will

Manage digitalization projects within Quality Management, ensuring alignment with strategic quality goals and standards for technical ComplianceCollect requirements from business stakeholders and translates them into IT specifications for digital quality solutionsManage development, maintenance and continuous improvement of IT applications and platforms to enhance quality assurance processes and data transparencyValidate IT applications through business and user acceptance testing to ensure usability and effectivenessMonitor system performance and data integrity across IT applications in quality managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create, maintain and improve digital quality workflows with interfaces to R&D and manufacturingDrive automation and connectivity initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve process reliabilityIntegrate AI capabilities into IT applications to support user interaction, decision-making, and information processingEnsure compliance to internal and external standards through digital traceability and documentation systemsApply data science to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in data sets for continuous quality improvementDrive roll-out, deployment and change management activities related to digital transformation in quality processes

QualificationsDegree in business management, IT, science, engineering or a comparable field of studyMinimum of 10 years working experienceWorking experience in quality, project management and ITExperience in leading people in projectsExperience with agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Business fluent in English languagePortuguese languages skills  written and spoken is a plusHigh service orientationExpert communication and networking skillsTeam player with the ability to work independentExperience in low code programming (e.g., Mendix, Appian, MS Power Platform) and RPA (e.g., KNIME, UiPath or MS Power Automate) would be an advantageExperience in designing and implementing basic AI models on standard platforms systems would be an advantageExperience in data science (e.g., SQL, Python, R) would be an advantageWillingness to travel worldwide (up to 20%)
