Draft, revise, and finalize QMS documentation, including:Quality ManualStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Process Flowcharts and Turtle DiagramsControl Plans and Work InstructionsAlign all documents with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 clause structure and terminology.Integrate automotive core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) into applicable documentation.Ensure customer-specific requirements (CSRs) are properly reflected in processes and supporting documents.Conduct interviews with process owners to understand and document business processes in a clear and standardized format.Utilize document control tools such as SharePoint or QMS-specific platforms for version control and publishing.Support internal audits and pre-certification activities by ensuring documentation meets compliance and traceability requirements.Your Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.Familiar with required documentation structure and QMS clause alignment.Demonstrated success drafting and implementing quality system documents for regulated industries—preferably automotive.Ability to translate technical and operational content into structured, clear, and compliant documentation.Experience integrating core quality tools (e.g., FMEA, APQP) into procedural documentation.Proficient in creating process maps and visual documentation (e.g., flowcharts, turtle diagrams).Experience using document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Docuquest).Strong command of technical writing best practices for both operational and managerial audiences.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting QMS certification efforts in an automotive manufacturing environment.Internal auditor training or experience in ISO/IATF audits is a plus.Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
