Compliance & Legal
Monitor and improve the Quality, Health, Safety & Environment performance in compliance with local and legal legislation, regulations, and company policies.Drafts internal instructions to complement and/or implement occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, considering the specific activities, company characteristics, and workstations.Maintains records of occupations and professions requiring authorization according to specific legislation.Conducts scheduled and unscheduled inspections to ensure compliance with OHS and EM regulations.Maintains records of applicable regulations for ongoing activities and ensures that all personnel understand and comply with these regulations.Complies with the Internal Regulations, applicable legislation, work procedures, and other rules and regulations in force within the company, as well as directives, decisions, circulars, and resolutions issued by Management.Acquires the necessary knowledge to perform job duties, including laws, regulations, instructions, and orders related to job responsibilities.Coordination & Communication
Liaise and coordinate with Project managers /Location managers/Service Managers/ Service Team Leaders to ensure compliance with Aggreko’s HSE policies and HSE Management System.Liaise with the suppliers and service providers for all HSE related requirements in conjunction with the QHSE Officer (Europe).Liaise with Aggreko sales team and customer representatives and prepare and support completion of Pre-Qualification questionnaire along with the required documents to support customer requirements.Organizes and participates in the Occupational Health and Safety Committee meetings, acting as Secretary.Collaborates with employees and/or their representatives, external prevention and protection services, and the occupational health physician to coordinate prevention and protection measures.Coordinates the annual occupational health check for all employees, in collaboration with the designated third-party medical services provider, using the agreed communication channels. Ensures effective logistical coordination and clear communication between employees, their managers, and the external provider.Incident Handling
Conduct in depth Investigation for all QHSE related incidents and liaise with local management teams and QHSE Officer (Europe) for creation and implementation of immediate and corrective action plans.Organizes prevention and protection activities within the company, as well as emergency management (EM).Proposes roles and responsibilities in the field of OHS and emergency management, corresponding to the functions performed, to be included in the job description with the employer’s approval.Verifies the functionality of emergency alarm, warning, and signaling systems, as well as safety systems.Participates in the investigation of incidents, according to assigned competencies.Prepare reports on work-related accidents involving company employees.Monitors the implementation of measures ordered by labor inspectors during control visits and incident investigations.Prepares individual OHS and EM (Emergency Management) records upon hiring and conducts general introductory training for new employees.Training & Awareness
Conduct internal HSE inductions at a local level encompassing all relevant staff and sub – contractors.Prepares the necessary technical documentation for informing and training employees in OHS matters.Develops training topics for all training phases, sets appropriate frequency for each workstation, ensures employee information and training in OHS, and verifies their understanding and application of the received information.Designs the training and testing program at the company/unit level.Maintains records of workstations that, based on occupational medicine recommendations, require aptitude testing and/or periodic psychological evaluations.Informs the employer in writing about deficiencies found during workplace inspections and proposes prevention and protection measures.Keeps records of work equipment and ensures that periodic inspections and, if necessary, testing of work equipment are carried out by competent personnel.Distributes individual OHS and EM records to workplace supervisors, who are responsible for conducting periodic OHS and EM training.Maintains confidentiality of information obtained while performing job duties.Key performance indicators
Support Risk Identification Reporting (RIR) and ensure timely follow up and closure of RIRs.Consolidate and produce QHSE KPIs performance and normalization data along with supporting information/documentation on agreed intervals.That all personnel are adequately trained in safety protocols, emergency procedures, and QHSE best practicesExperience & Education
Higher education (university degree);Certified Occupational Health and Safety Inspector.Certified Fire Safety Technician.Certified Civil Protection Inspector.Qualified in either NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma or local equivalent is required.Availability to travel frequently as and when required within Europe.Knowledge or experience in mechanical or electrical fields or both is desired.Advanced level of English – both written & spoken.Valid driver’s license.Skills and Competencies

Willing to travel, upon request (domestically or internationally), for Aggreko project implementation and/or company-provided training, internal/external meetings (business partners, trade fairs, etc.).Able to work under time pressure and extended working hours during certain periods.The activity is primarily office-based, in a professional, modern, and well-equipped environment.Possibility of hybrid work (office + remote), depending on the company’s internal policy.Level of Responsibility
Experienced individual contributor (operational/technical specialist role or experienced professional).Works independently, with limited supervision.Challenges encountered may be complex but can be addressed within an established framework.Has the right to suspend activities in case of serious and imminent danger.May request immediate protection measures and propose budget allocations for HSE measuresPerformance Criteria
