Role Statement
The person is responsible for the implementation of effective HSE and/or Quality and/or Security Management systems and processes to reduce work related accidents of Bureau Veritas as well as reducing our footprint on the environment and improving the quality of the delivered services. He/she works with the Management Team to assist them to improve their operations, activities and performance related to HSE and/or Quality and/or Security.
Country Animation
Lead and animate the HSE and/or Quality and/or Security network in the Country (where applicable) Participate in the recruitment, training and assessment of HSE and Quality and/or Security resources Coordinate country tasks (Management System, Audit & reports) Cascade Group information to country (newsletter, alerts, feedback from LG meeting, etc.)
Management system
Identification of local high-risk activities and ensure that processes are in place to protect employees and mitigate the environmental impact Mapping of local business processes and ensure they are understood and complied with Track and report required HSE and Quality and Security KPIs to HSE and Quality and Security Manager(s) and local management (Tableau and monthly reports) Develop or update necessary local procedures to comply with applicable requirements Lead or maintain the ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 certifications
Identify and disseminate best practices within the country
Prevention
Conduct Root Cause Analysis of on-performance, propose corrective and preventive actions Analyze Group Safety/Security Alerts, propose local action plan to management and report implementation to Group Check the deployment of the Client Satisfaction survey processes Communicate local safety alerts to country employees and manager Deploy Safety/security Campaigns in coordination with HR network Ensure QHSSE induction and training material are appropriate, include Group e-learning modules, and coordinate with HR for the annual training plan. If necessary, deliver training Ensure with local management that PPEs are properly managed
HSE Performance
Conduct incidents & accidents investigation Coordinate audit program and conduct internal audits with QESIS Track corrective & preventive action implementation Coordinates Management Review
3) QHSE Management
Implement Group QHSE procedures in line with the BU In charge of the inspection and maintenance of the inspection equipment and calibration Follow up company safety procedures and policies during execution of inspections Update the list of equipment and inspection materials
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Safety: Follow up and implement QHSE procedures to avoid FAT, LTR, TAR, ASR, Near Hits, First Aids, causes of accidents Environmental: Contributes in reducing energy, water and paper consumption Quality: Follow up of customers’ expectations Prevention: Participate to HSE induction and Group safety campaigns.

Educational Background
Minimum Qualification: University Degree or equivalent. Certifications: Certifications in Quality, Occupational Health Safety and Environment or equivalent are highly desirable. Additional Professional certifications in Quality, Occupational Health Safety and Environment standards (e.g., ISO, NEBOSH, IOSH) are a plus.Experience
Minimum Experience: At least 6 Months -1 year of experience in QHSE Practice.Soft Skills
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.Compliance and Safety
