Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project QHSE Engineer to join an offshore team and provide on-site QHSE support throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and supporting safe project execution.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver and maintain QHSE reporting, KPI tracking, and communication with project teams. Participate in meetings, toolbox talks, and QHSE briefings. Ensure correct implementation of QHSE documentation and procedures. Conduct inspections on vessels and offshore sites, ensuring follow-up and closure of findings. Promote safety engagement and manage SHOC cards. Support incident investigations and root-cause analysis. Requirements: MSc in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering OR Safety Engineering / Prevention Advisor Level 1, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with offshore construction processes and QHSE regulations. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset. Mandatory Certifications: Valid GWO certificates (BST + relevant modules). Valid Offshore Medical (OGUK or equivalent).
