Once You Are Here, You Will:
+ Lead quality engineering delivery across multiple programs, ensuring adherence to standards, timelines, and business objectives.
+ Serve as the primary contact for cross-team and client communication, aligning priorities, resolving risks, and maintaining delivery transparency.
+ Define and execute QE strategies, measurable outcomes, and milestones to ensure consistent, high-quality results across teams.
+ Develop realistic delivery plans and resource strategies, balancing capacity, scope, and dependencies.
+ Drive adoption of automation-first, contract-first, and AI-augmented testing practices across all engagements.
+ Guide QE Leads in scoping, estimating, and planning testing efforts, optimizing automation frameworks and tool usage.
+ Oversee implementation of test management, defect tracking, and reporting processes for visibility and accountability.
+ Champion process improvement, test maturity assessments, and quality metrics to enhance efficiency and reliability.
+ Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs for performance and resilience.
+ Lead teams in building scalable automation pipelines integrated with CI/CD environments and modern test frameworks.
+ Encourage use of simulator-based, IoT, and containerized testing for scalable, real-world validation.
+ Direct performance, reliability, and chaos testing to validate system stability under load and fault conditions.
+ Build and maintain client relationships, managing escalations and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication.
+ Identify new QE opportunities, consulting initiatives, and innovation areas to expand delivery impact.
+ Mentor QE leads and engineers through regular coaching, feedback, and development sessions to build technical and leadership capability.
+ Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across quality teams.
+ Partner with leadership on practice development, hiring, and strategic planning for long-term QE excellence.
**Required Skills**
+ 5 years in software testing and automation, including 3 years in leadership or delivery management roles.
+ Proven experience in multi-team QE delivery and strategic planning for large-scale engagements.
+ Strong understanding of IoT and simulator-based validation or distributed systems testing.
+ Expertise in test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and quality strategy implementation.
+ Hands-on programming or scripting experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python, or C#.
+ Experience with performance, load, and chaos testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gremlin, LitmusChaos).
+ Working knowledge of observability platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk).
+ Familiarity with contract-first testing (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, JSON Schema).
+ Proficiency in version control, branching strategies, and automated quality gates.
+ Proven ability to mentor and scale cross-functional QE teams effectively.
**Preferred Skills**
+ Background in IoT or device simulation frameworks, containerized test environments, or virtualization.
+ Experience leading teams in AI-augmented and simulator-driven testing.
+ Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps (Terraform, Helm) for environment provisioning.
+ Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience at the executive level.
+ Familiarity with responsible AI governance and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.
+ Experience with chaos engineering, security validation, and long-duration reliability testing.

+ Lead the adoption of AI-powered tools and frameworks (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) to improve test design, maintenance, and coverage.

+ Promote AI-driven test generation, self-healing automation, and contextual automation using MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
+ Integrate AI and ML insights into testing dashboards for predictive defect detection and intelligent analytics.
+ Drive continuous innovation through AI-augmented and simulator-enhanced QE practices, improving velocity, reliability, and scalability.
