Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional for a dual-role position as QCM/Super/SSHO to oversee an 8.5 million dollar renovation project at a VA hospital. This renovation will be conducted on two floors within the hospital setting, and ICRA experience is highly valuable.
ResponsibilitiesManage subcontractors and collaborate with government customers daily, focusing on quality control and safety.Plan, assign, and direct work according to the project's scope.Inspect work in progress to ensure it meets quality standards and applicable codes.Manage scheduling and ensure the successful commissioning of newly installed systems.Review project specifications, oversee the hiring and termination of subcontractors as necessary.Develop Quality Control and Health & Safety procedures for federal projects.Essential SkillsExperience in quality control, federal construction, and managing construction projects.Proficiency in federal construction standards, particularly in renovation projects.Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in federal construction.OSHA 30 certification.EM385-1-1 certification.QCM certification.Additional Skills & QualificationsICRA experience is a plus.Must be a US Citizen.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $55.28/hr.
