Summary: Seeking a QC Technician to perform inspections, write inspection plans, and support problem resolution in a dynamic optical systems environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous inspection experience, including optical measurements

Proficiency with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Zeiss Calypso software

Strong computer skills with Excel required; MS Access experience preferred

Excellent visual acuity

Preferred Skills:

Experience in fixture design collaboration with engineering

Responsibilities:

Write CMM programs using Calypso software

Perform in-process and First Article Inspections

Create reports for inspections conducted

Conduct QC inspections using various tools like hand gages and measuring microscopes

Charting and controlling nonconforming products

Conduct receiving inspections

Pay: 25-33

Pay Details: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour
