QC Team Lead

Job Summary: 

We are hiring for our industrial manufacturing site, seeking a highly skilled and motivated QC Team Lead to join the Quality team in Philadelphia. The QC Team Lead will oversee the quality control operations, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance. This role requires strong QC lab skills, including wet analysis, ion exchange, and titration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate Certificates of Analysis (COAs): Ensure accurate and timely generation of COAs for all products.Data Entry: Enter and manage data in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to maintain accurate records.Troubleshoot Lab Equipment: Identify and resolve issues with laboratory equipment to ensure smooth operation.Update and Review Procedures: Continuously update and review QC procedures to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Perform QC Lab Tests: Conduct wet analysis, ion exchange, and titration tests to verify product quality.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the QC team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Compliance: Ensure all QC activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Reporting: Prepare and present QC reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Location: G Street Facility

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QC lab environment.Strong knowledge of wet analysis, ion exchange, and titration techniques.Proficiency in using LIMS and other laboratory software.Excellent troubleshooting skills for lab equipment.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $83,600.00 - $125,400.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
