Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a contract QC Lab Analyst for our Pharmaceutical partner in KALAMAZOO, MI. Pay: 30-35/hr Depending on education and experience **Role Overview:** The **QC Lab Analyst** plays a key role in a fast-paced, customer-focused laboratory environment, analyzing finished product samples prior to commercial release. This is a dynamic and expanding lab within a growing manufacturing site, offering opportunities to learn new skills, work cross-functionally, and contribute to continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform, document, and review qualitative and quantitative assays on samples. + Utilize primary technologies including **HPLC** and **dissolution** testing. + Interpret and evaluate data for accuracy, precision, trends, and potential GMP impact. + Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance lab performance. + Maintain high productivity, multi-task effectively, and ensure a low error rate with strong attention to detail. + Adapt to changing priorities with flexibility and engagement. + Apply proper laboratory techniques to prevent cross-contamination or sample misidentification. + Follow written procedures and SOPs accurately. + Train others and troubleshoot instrumentation as skills and experience allow. + Participate in laboratory investigations and provide QC support for manufacturing, such as cleaning verification. **Education & Experience:** + AAS, BA/BS, or MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science preferred. + Experience in Quality Control is preferred but not required. + Preferred skills: GMP documentation, drug product formulation, in-plant laboratory work, Incoming Inspection, SAP, LIMS, HPLC, Dissolution, and Empower3. + Key success factors: eagerness to learn, strong teamwork skills, and meticulous attention to detail. **Additional Requirements:** + Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs. + Must not have Cephalosporin/Penicillin sensitivity.
