QC Inspector - Swing Shift
**Entry Level Quality Inspector - Swing Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated QC Inspector to ensure the quality of mechanical and electrical assemblies. This role involves verifying components, following production documentation, making minor machine adjustments, and performing visual inspections of assembled boards. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate production records and ensuring all safety procedures are adhered to. **Responsibilities** + Verify components and follow production documentation. + Make minor machine adjustments and clear machine jams as needed. + Position PCBs on machine fixtures and monitor machine operation. + Perform visual inspection of assembled boards for quality issues. + Complete production records and batch logs accurately. + Follow all safety procedures and protocols. **Essential Skills** + Quality inspection skills. + Manufacturing or production experience. + Mechanically inclined. + Ability to stand during the majority of the shift. + Experience in production, electronic assembly, and using hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided. + High school diploma or GED preferred. + Strong vision and hand-eye coordination. + Ability to follow detailed written instructions. + Basic computer skills. + Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks. + Attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to work well in a team environment. + Reliable attendance and punctuality. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that invests in the long-term growth and internal promotions of its employees.
