Basic Qualifications:

'         Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential

'         Metrology experience / knowledge would be a distinct advantage

'         Knowledge or experience in QC / Inspection Lab would be desirable

'         Mechanical/technical aptitude with strong attention to detail are essential

'         Must have fluent English both written and verbal

Team player with can do attitude and flexibility in terms of working hours.

Position Overview:
Based in Ennis, and reporting to the Quality Supervisor, this role is responsible for performing First Off, In Process, and Final inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

'         Perform First Off, In Process and Final Inspections

'         Carry out Patrol inspection and ad hoc checks

'         Utilize the following handheld equipment: Micro-meter; Vernier; Pin & Thread gauges

'         Use of Automated Measurement Systems, i.e. CMM / VMM etc.

'         Calibration of measurement equipment

'         Collection and input of measurement data for track & trend analysis

'         Ensure documentation is maintained in line with Company procedures and best practice

'         Housekeeping: ensure work area is kept clean & tidy

'         Adhere closely to all onsite Health & Safety Regulations
