Sensient is growing rapidly and adding scientific staff. We are seeking a QC Documentation Specialist (Day Shift M-F) to join our team. The QC Documentation Specialist will be responsible to processing Raw Material documentation in addition to supporting the Regulatory, Sales, and Customer Operations with customer requests. They will also work with other Quality teams in support of continuous quality improvement across all QC Labs. 

What You’ll Do:

Process Raw materials documentation and work with Purchasing team to resolve any discrepanciesRespond to internal and external customer questions through our request portalsWork in interdepartmental teams to provide the highest level of support for our customers Organize, Maintain, and Audit QC lab testing paperwork Collaborate with team members to support process improvements

What You’ll Bring: 

Bachelor’s or equivalent education in a Technical Degree2-years of experience working in quality control or quality assuranceExperience managing multiple small projects and working with small to mid-size interdepartmental teamsGood communication skills and the ability to develop positive working relationshipsExperience working in a customer facing role
