Job DescriptionPerform routine testing of pharmaceutical samples by following analytical compendial methods (pH, appearance, osmolality, concentration, break-loose extrusion force testing, etc.)Prepare standards and samples for analysisMonitoring and replenishing lab reagents and solutionsMaintain, calibrate, and operate instrumentation in the QC laboratoryDocument work as required for GMP complianceExecute work in accordance with standard operating procedures, with attention to detail, and with strong organizational skillsInteract effectively with peers and leaders as part of a multi-disciplinary teamExperience operating an HPLC utilizing Empower software and Capillary Gel Electrophoresis (CGE) are both a plus

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in chemistry or other science related degree concentration0-2 years of QC analytical experienceExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures to generate reproducible data in a controlled laboratory environmentExcellent skills in Microsoft Office, data analysis software, and other related applicationsAbility to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policiesAbility to think critically and demonstrate troubleshooting/problem solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitudeAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
