Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for software applications.Review business requirements and technical specifications to ensure test coverage.Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple environments.Validate data accuracy and integrity within reporting and analytics tools.Document and track defects using issue management tools; collaborate with developers for resolution.Provide clear and concise test results and status updates to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with QA best practices and contribute to process improvements.Lead User Acceptance Testing for newly developed software applications or updates.Required Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.Proficiency in SQL for data validation and query-based testing.Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., JIRA, DevOps).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred Qualifications
Ability to apply the following skills:Interpersonal - effective verbal and written communication skills, establishes and maintains interpersonal relationships, and displays strong facilitation skills.Leadership - advocates and leads change, supports team building, recognizes contributions and celebrates accomplishments.Professional - understands and executes industry best practices which include, but are not limited to, building and executing a test plan, test cases, managing issue logs and communicating status with the project team.Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel2-4 years of prior software application or related experience is preferredKnowledge of commercial or multifamily real estate industry and accounting is helpful
