Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Shift: 12 PM – 12 AM (Compressed Workweek Schedule)

Pay: $22–$26/hr

What You’ll DoInspect all incoming products to ensure compliance with order requirements and specifications.Collaborate with engineers to develop quality assurance methods and procedures.Conduct experiments and analytical tests to maintain product integrity.Report audit findings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Apply quality assurance tools and methodologies to drive operational excellence.What We’re Looking ForExperience: Minimum 1 year in a Quality Assurance role.Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.Knowledge: Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and assembly processes.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ready to take the next step in your career? This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
