2nd Shift QA Tech I
- 2:30pm to End of Production
       (start time will vary/rotate - along with end time)
- $52,000+/ yrly earnings potential 

Description  DUTIES/ Responsibilities:  This position responsible for performing HACCP, SSOP and Quality Checks to insure that product meets plant, USDA and customer expectations. Must have a basic understanding of microbiology, HACCP and SSOPs & GMPsKnowledge of pre-operational sanitation checksPerform various quality control functions including but not limited to inspection and audits.Inspect various product to assure compliance with Company specificationsOther duties as assignedCompleting accurate and detailed paperwork on productsCommunicating clearly with Superintendent, Lead and or Managers.Other tasks/duties as assigned by Lead, Manager and or Other Management.   QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of meat industry. Previous job in industry is preferred (1yr +) Similar QA job in the past is preferred.Dependable and enthusiasticMust be a team player, have positive attitude, good people skills, ability to work well with othersWilling to be flexible, have time management skills and complete tasks in a timely manner.Computer/ tablet skillsExcellent verbal and written skillsStrong attention to detailGood math skillsAbility to follow instructionsPhysically capable of performing line workExcellent attendance and work record.Self- starterMultitaskerBilingual preferred but not requiredHigh School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
