Our client, a leader in the food production and safety industry, is seeking a QA Tech - Food Safety to join their team. As a QA Tech - Food Safety, you will be part of the Food Safety and Quality Assurance department supporting inspection and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA Tech - Food Safety

Location: Denver, CO

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 1st / Day

What's the Job?

Inspect fruits and vegetables to assess quality and determine if they should be kept, discarded, or donated Monitor food safety and quality assurance programs, including HACCP and sanitation procedures Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards Assist with product evaluations, plant visits, and communication with suppliers and customers Support emergency response efforts as directed by plant leadership

What's Needed?

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs without equipment Knowledge of produce quality standards (vegetables and fruits) is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to work in a cold environment (35 to 40 degrees) Availability to work Monday through Friday with a 6 AM start time
