Our client, is seeking a QA Support – Lab and Field Coordinator/Admin to join their team. As a QA Support – Lab and Field Coordinator/Admin, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Team supporting Field Engineers.
**Job Title:** QA Support – Lab and Field Coordinator/Admin
**Location: Houston, Tx**
**What’s the Job?**
QA Support – Lab and Field Coordinator/Admin
+ Review field QC Oversight testing and identify discrepancies or missing samples
+ Management of digital data (Lab reports, field data, additive volumes)
+ Additive and third-party testing invoice review, confirmation of activity/receipts, and processing
+ Additive inventory review and volume distribution to suppliers
+ Tracking work directives and purchase order expenditures
+ QC Procedure formatting standardization and bi-annual review
+ Tracking chemist and lab tech hands-on instrument and method training
+ Tracking field lab instrumentation annual PMs and certifications
+ Assistance with the distribution of Hazardous Shipping Documentation
+ Coordination of annual technical meetings, speakers, and agendas
+ Equipment quote management, AFE tracking, and Completion Report submissions
+ Are there any specific requirements? (equipment, tools, safety)
In office, on phone confirming receipts, looking over lab reports, inputting data. Entry level analyst/coordinator/admin type role
