Thermo Fisher Scientific's Naarden site produces innovative affinity resins for cGMP manufacturing. The QA department ensures product quality and release.

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will lead a team to ensure flawless quality management. Our QA Supervisor role is pivotal in maintaining Quality Management System of the site, the quality aspects of the products produced at the site, release of affinity resins to the market and quality oversight over the contract manufacturers. QA is responsible for creating and revising Regulatory Support Files, as well as handling customer queries concerning the quality aspects of affinity resins.

EducationMaster's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related fieldProfessional certifications are a plusExperience> 5 years of experience working in a Quality Assurance role within an ISO9001 or GMP settingManagerial experience is a plusKnowledge, Skills, Abilities

Quality Assurance Principles: In-depth understanding of QA methodologies, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO9001, GMP). Risk Management: Understanding of risk assessment and management practices. Data Analysis: Ability to analyse quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement. Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor QA team members. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for effective interaction with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyse complex data and make informed decisions. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.s

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

The responsibilities for this role include office environment. Some travel may be needed for audits.
