We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QA Supervisor to join our team in Makati City.

 

The QA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), with a strong preference for candidates certified as ISO Lead Auditors or with experience as QMS Officers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise QA staff and coordinate quality assurance activities across departments. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other applicable regulatory requirements. Lead internal audits and support external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including document control, CAPA, and risk management. Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and work instructions. Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators. Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure product and process quality through inspections, testing, and validation activities.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a supervisory role. Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent (preferred). Experience in managing or implementing a Quality Management System (QMS). Strong knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory compliance, and audit processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools
