That means you will ensure that facilities provided are well maintained, regulation/procedure are in place and implemented, hazards/aspects assessments are conducted, the accident both caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced and energy and waste are driven down.

How you will contribute

You will:

Assist and lead the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help lead plant to achieve Zero accidents and IncidentsBe responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processesParticipate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformancesProvide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activitiesFollow up on non-conformances and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysisMaintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillar team/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrenceDevelop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards`

QA & SSE Assistant 

 

Als QA & SSE Assistant ben je een belangrijke schakel in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en veiligheid van onze producten en processen, evenals het ondersteunen van een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving. Je assisteert bij de implementatie van kwaliteitsborgings- en veiligheidsprocedures, draagt bij aan het behalen van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsdoelstellingen, en helpt bij het onderzoeken en oplossen van problemen. 

 

Verantwoordelijkheden 

 

Kwaliteitsborging (QA): 

Opstellen en beheren van blokkering- en deblokkeringsbons in het kader van non-conformiteiten of eindproductanalyses. 

Assisteren bij de root cause analyse voor de afhandeling van non-conformiteiten 

Communicatie met magazijn en teamleaders over blokkeringen. 

Organisatie van stalen toer voor biscuitheek in de fabriek. 

Assisteren bij het afhandelen van klachten m.b.v. biscuitheek tegenstalen uit het magazijn. 

Wekelijks controleren en rapporteren van registraties van metaaldetectoren. 

Corrigeren of hermaken van testpakjes voor metaaldetectoren en checkwegers. 

Verzamelen, opvolgen en archiveren van ingevulde productieformulieren. 

Safety, Security & Environment (SSE): 

Door collega’s aan te spreken over goede en minder goede praktijken bijdragen aan de culturele transformatie met betrekking tot SSE. 

Assisteren bij root cause analyse en verbeteracties naar aanleiding van incidenten. 

Up to date houden van veiligheidsdocumenten (VIK, LOTO, WPA, noodstopfiches, inventarissen). 

Verzamelen, opvolgen en archiveren van ingevulde productieformulieren (vb. QRP, noodstopfiches). 

 

Onderhoud & Kalibratie: 

Vervangen van toestellen zoals balansen, thermometers, batterijen, etc. 

Uitlezen van loggers. 

Validatie van nieuwe metaaldetectoren. 

Kleine storingen verhelpen aan metaaldetectoren, checkweighers, vochtbalansen, kleurmeters en oxylos. 

Controleren van WI's (Werkinstructies) of EPL's op eQCMS. 

Ervaring 

 

Nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht. 

Een verlangen om bij te dragen aan kwaliteit en veiligheid. 

Goede digitale vaardigheden (Excel/Wonderware/...). 

Goede communicatievaardigheden en het vermogen om met verschillende mensen samen te werken. 

Een bachelor diploma of relevante ervaring in kwaliteitscontrole en/of SSE.  

Kennis van veiligheids- en/of milieutechnische normen is een pluspunt.
