You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

How you will contribute

You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

GENERAL JOB SCOPE

Responsible for Quality Management system, Quality Operation and Supplier Management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare records and documents to welcome audit teams both External (FSSC 22k , HALAL, …) and Internal (~1-2 per year for External, Internal audit is on demand)

• HACCP document control: coordinate with cross-functional teams for every change from HACCP Plans; update HACCP annual; make plans and arrange HACCP verification yearly

• Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address non-conformities found

• Quality document control: verify active document on Quality system; update new policy, new regulation, …

• Hold quarterly quality audit with the plant lead team.

• Work on Continuous Quality improvement projects.

• Ensure all quality procedures and SOP execution on the shop floor.

• Investigation & CAPA for Consumer & customer complaint, Quality incident.

• Work with raw pack material supplier to ensure correct CAPA & no repeat same issue

• Improve top supplier performance

• Understand and implement IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) methodology

• All other duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Micro-Technology, Chemical or other relevant majors

• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles

• Good command of English (Proficiency in 4 skills)

• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Good communication, teamwork, leadership skills and well-organized

• Understand well IL6S standard, QA Standards in Food industry
