As our QA/QC Manager, you will be the cornerstone of quality across all engineering, construction, and vendor‑related activities. You will:

Lead Quality ExcellenceDrive the implementation and continuous improvement of QA/QC standards.Promote a culture of quality across all project teams and partners.Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal QA systems.Manage Quality OperationsOversee quality assurance staff and coordinate QA/QC training programs.Develop inspection and testing plans for construction phases and finished products.Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and audit‑ready recordkeeping.Create test reports and quality control documentation.Solve Complex ChallengesProvide deep technical expertise and troubleshooting on quality issues.Lead non‑conformance investigations and root‑cause analysis.Ensure vendor and contractor performance meets contractual KPIs.Manage defect records, inspections, and secure timely remediation.Collaborate & InfluenceEngage with utilities, contractors, partners, and key external stakeholders.Communicate quality insights and performance updates to senior leadership.Support teams with proactive guidance to deliver safe, high‑quality, on‑time projects. Candidate Profile ? What You Bring

Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent 8+ years of experience in quality management3+ years direct experience in renewable energyStrong command of QA/QC processes, codes, and standardsProficiency in photovoltaic (PV) solar design and standards, wind, or other generation quality experience highly preferredSolid knowledge in structural, civil, and electrical domainsSkilled in Microsoft Office; MS Project is a plusBehavioral StrengthsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation abilitiesProven leadership and team‑management capabilityAbility to influence and drive decision‑making across teamsBonus Points Experience in the wind energy sectorFamiliarity with renewable energy market regulationsPassion for shaping the future of clean energy Additional Information TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers.
