Join our dynamic team as a QA/QC Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards within the Oil and Gas industry. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a rotation scheme on the Suriname Project, a major initiative focused on offshore discoveries, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in Paris and beyond. Role Overview Coordinate QA and QC activities and support the package manager on all quality matters within the B58 UFR teams for the Suriname Project. Implement and enforce the Project Quality Management System (QMS) among all team members of the UFR package. Develop, establish, and maintain the UFR EPC and Service Contractor Quality Management System in compliance with the EPC Contract. Enforce contractual commitments and implement the Contract Quality Plan and Objectives. Control ISO 9001 processes including quality audits, non-conformance management, corrective and preventive actions, KPI management, and quality inspections. Supervise day-to-day Contractors’ quality activities and review Supervisors/Inspectors' activities during Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Service works. Approve the UFR Contractor’s Project Quality Plan and related quality documents. Monitor and coordinate the quality system at manufacturing sites, fabrication yards, and key sub-vendor facilities. Produce and distribute Quality Dossiers including necessary certifications and manufacturing record books. Liaise with Third Party Inspection and Certification authorities regarding key issues. Skills & Qualifications Quality Control: Strong background in quality control processes. Quality Assurance: Proven experience in quality assurance methodologies. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French. ISO 9001 Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and processes. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within project timelines. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams. Education & Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred. Certifications: ISO 9001 certification is an advantage. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in QA/QC roles within the Oil and Gas industry, with at least 10 years in project-related positions.
