Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products/software through rigorous testing and quality control processes.

Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standardsDesign, execute, and document test plans, test cases, and test scriptsPerform thorough testing of products/software to identify defects and areas for improvementUtilize defect tracking and management tools to log, track, and verify bug fixesConduct statistical analysis and interpret data to drive quality improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actionsStay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the development processParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and methodologiesProvide regular reports on quality metrics and test results to stakeholders

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field3-5 years of experience in QA/QC engineering, preferably in the software or manufacturing industryStrong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control methodologiesProficiency in various testing techniques and strategiesExperience with defect tracking and management toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong statistical analysis and data interpretation abilitiesFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to the fieldProficiency in test automation toolsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of software development lifecycle or manufacturing processes (depending on the specific focus)Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Six Sigma) preferredAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
