Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and software through rigorous testing and quality control processes. + Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards + Design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts + Perform thorough testing of products and software to identify defects and areas for improvement + Utilize defect tracking and management tools to log, track, and verify bug fixes + Conduct statistical analysis and interpret data to drive quality improvements + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions + Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the development process + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and methodologies + Provide regular reports on quality metrics and test results to stakeholders + Contribute to the development of innovative testing strategies and automation frameworks **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field + 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC engineering, preferably in the software or manufacturing industry + Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control methodologies + Proficiency in various testing techniques and strategies, including manual and automated testing + Experience with defect tracking and management tools + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail + Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation abilities + Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to the field + Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written + In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle or manufacturing processes (depending on the specific focus) + Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Six Sigma) preferred + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Innovative mindset with a passion for improving quality processes + Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
