What you will do Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established standards and agency guidelines Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and agency guidelines to assure compliance Works directly with operating entities to provide process analysis oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet guidelines Leads audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly Facilitates uniform standards and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally Additional duties as assigned or required What we are looking for 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years’ experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience Experience supporting travel and contracted work with combatant commands for the DoD Proficieny with MS Office Suite, including the ability to create and manage tracking systems (e.g., spreadsheets with pivot tables, filters, and data analysis tools) Ability to manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction Desire to obtain Project Management Certification (PMP) Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance Bonus points for... Strong knowledge of DoD travel policies, including Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and FTR (Federal Travel Regulations) Proficiency in managing and reconciling expense reports and travel documentation Experience with travel management systems and financial software (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Concur, or similar platforms) Experience with managing contract budgets, ensuring accurate forecasts and financial compliance Experience working with government subcontractors supporting the DoD or other military customers Experience supporting travel processing, including establishing internal processes, procedures, and electronic systems for travel related entrees Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies Experience developing solutions to resolve contract, operational, and/or travel issues Familiarity with smart sheets PMP Certification Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment.
