To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** Scope of Responsibilities + Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive Software Test Plans and strategies, ensuring optimal test coverage while balancing efficiency and cost. + Continuously improve and evolve testing frameworks, processes, and tools to drive higher product quality and proactively address quality gaps through root cause analysis and lessons learned. + Oversee the analysis, documentation, and tracking of complex software defects. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize, reproduce, and validate fixes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. + Mentor and guide QA engineers, promoting best practices in testing and quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle. + Act as a key stakeholder in release planning, risk assessment, and quality gate reviews. Basic Qualifications + Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields. + Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a QA leadership or senior role. + Expert-level understanding of the software testing lifecycle, advanced testing techniques, test automation frameworks, and test management tools. + Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language for test automation and tooling. + Proven track record of driving quality improvements across multiple projects. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly articulate quality standards.
