QA Manager (Ayana)

Ø Purpose of Position 
-    The position calls for overall development of all BV services in QA/QC and HSE in power business.  
-    The position performs in line with the Bureau  Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy


Ø Major Responsibilities

-    Ability to maintain and  improve quality system in the organisation 
-    Monitor Management system and prepare the organization to maintain  ISO 9001, ISO 17020 accreditations
-    Take corrective actions and independently communicate with clients on issues related to quality, service etc.
-    Liaise with regional TQR co-ordinators to enhance quality, reduce risk affecting BV brand and business
-    Maintain other accreditation granted to the organisation
Specific accountabilities 

Quality Management 

-    Assist GM TQR to develop, guide and manage all BV Group management systems , based on corporate company guidelines , customer specifications ,and legal regulations
-    Monitor the Management systems and steer corrections if necessary.

 Technical

-     Assist GM TQR to define and update the organisation dedicated to Technical Management of BV services in his Division/Zone /region
-    Implement Technical requirements for international services (initial and on-going training, qualifications, methodology, supervision, mapping of competencies).
-    Contributes to the definition of Technical requirements for  other services of his Division/Zone /region (as above)
-    Coordinate the portfolio of licenses to operate for his Division/Zone/Region

 

RISK Management
-    Identify major risks that could affect the organization in its operations and profitability through continuous spanning of environment for risks prevention.
