Job Description A client of Insight Global's is seeking a hands‑on QA Manager to support our application engineering teams in Denver. This role will initially focus on onboarding, training, and shadowing application groups to fully understand existing workflows and quality processes. As a key on‑the‑ground partner, you will help standardize and embed QA best practices across teams while actively participating in testing efforts. This position is ideal for a current QA Team Lead or senior QA engineer ready to step into a people‑focused role that balances hands‑on execution with cross‑team coordination. Skills and Requirements Strong experience partnering closely with application engineering teams to ensure quality across the SDLC. Hands‑on testing experience, including both manual and automated testing. Experience with test management tools such as PractiTest (or comparable test management platforms). Working knowledge of test automation frameworks and practices. Exposure to AI‑driven systems or applications, with an understanding of testing considerations for AI‑based features. Comfortable operating in a highly collaborative, in‑person environment
