What will you do?
As a Backoffice IVVQM, your role is to lead the validation and verification of the solution release with core-customization based on product, closely work with BO Technical Leader (TL) and the team to validate and deliver qualified release, and focus on create and continuously improve the test strategy, test plan and test cases by closely collaboration with R&D IVVQ team. Also support Solution Architecture (SA) with TL together for effort estimations for validation activities during the bid process.
BidSupport Solution Archictecture for requirement validation and the effort estimation with TL together.Support SA for domain expertise if applicable.ProjectOwn the responsibility for building test strategy and creating test plan.Validate the requirements are testable, clear and complete.Lead and work with IVVQ teams for test executions, coordinate IVVQ activities, establishing priorities and tailor the IVVQ environments.Ensure the quality of deliveries meet process and requirement.Approve TQR for qualification (quality, documents, deliveries, etc.). DailyParticipate in border product development process meeting of SRR and TQR to learn products and provide comments from project experiences.Continuous improve the IVVQ efficiency (test automation, env, etc.) and improve quality by reducing the number of defects after release (test plan, test case, etc.).Facilitate the continuous development of way and culture with BO team together.About You
To succeed in this job, you should have:
Technical skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or computer science, and significant experience in your field of expertise.At least 3 years of proven experience with create validation strategy and test plans based on requirements.Professional for the process of software development and validation.Experience with test automation.Proven successful teamwork in communication and collaboration.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.Previous knowledge or work experience in any of the following points will be valued:
Experience with Biometric (fingerprint, facial, iris, etc.) systems.Knowledge and proven experience relevant to border and travel domain.Knowledge or experience with test automation.Certifications relevant to software development process, software validation, etc.Familiarity with hardware components or backend systems.Knowledge of regulatory or compliance requirements relevant to your industry.Customer-facing technical experience.What do we offer?
