This role will partner with another individual to co-lead quality assurance efforts across three agile teams spanning offshore and nearshore locations. Key Responsibilities: * Co-lead QA oversight for three agile teams alongside * Provide leadership and mentorship to offshore QA teams * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met across booking, e-commerce, and cruise-related platforms * Drive test planning, execution, and reporting in alignment with sprint cycles * Support scrum ceremonies and agile delivery practices * Handle direct feedback with professionalism and adaptability * Contribute to process improvement and QA strategy development
