Job Description We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead the transition from a purely manual testing process to a modern, automated CI/CD testing environment. This individual will be responsible for defining the QA strategy, selecting the framework, and establishing a culture of quality for our Microsoft .NET applications. Strategic Priorities  · Greenfield Automation: Design and implement an automated testing framework from scratch (preferred: Playwright or Selenium with C#).  · Process Transformation: Establish a workflow to transition manual test cases into a sustainable automated regression suite.  · Accessibility Compliance: Ensure all web applications meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Section 508 standards. DevOps Integration: Collaborate with the development team to integrate quality gates into Azure DevOps using YAML-based pipelines. Skills and Requirements · Frameworks: 5+ years of experience in C# / .NET (MVC and .NET Core).  · Automation: Proven track record of building automated test suites from the ground up.  · Azure DevOps: Strong proficiency in Azure Boards, Repos, and YAML-based Pipelines.  · Compliance: Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 requirements and testing methodologies. Databases: Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation. · Experience in public sector or highly regulated environments.  · Experience with API testing (RESTful services).  · Knowledge of Load and Performance testing in Azure.
