Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe. **Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility** + Support holistic testing efforts for multiple projects and software releases, including integration, system, regression, performance and user acceptance testing + Partner with business analysts and development team to ensure requirements are properly understood in order to deliver high quality software to customers + Understand how the customer will be using the system in order to include the relevant and comprehensive end-to-end user scenarios in the test plan + Establish acceptance criteria and quality goals for development tasks + Define test cases to ensure thorough requirements coverage + Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures + Participate in team planning activities and communicate QA activity status including estimates for testing tasks and responsibilities + Utilize Jira for tracking testing tasks and managing defects + Work with QA leader to identify test cases that can be automated + Document and evaluate test results and testing strategy + Learn to use new tools in order to design, develop, execute and review the test plan + Help in improving the overall software’s test coverage **Basic Qualifications** + 1-2 years of experience in a similar role + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related field + Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g. Python, JavaScript) + Understanding the role of QA in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment + Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality software **Nice-to-Have Skills** + Experience with test case management tools (e.g. PractiTest, TestRail, Zephyr) + Exposure to test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Robot Framework) + Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman, Swagger, Burp Suite) + Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. GitHub) + ISTQB or other QA certifications \#Li-GB2 #Li-Hybrid Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job. **EEO Statement** NCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
