Responsibilities:

· Support the development and validation of new manufacturing processes to ensure effective deployment in manufacturing.

· Gain in-depth knowledge of processes and play a key role in their startup in manufacturing.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes are validated and compliant with regulatory requirements and Baxter's Quality Management System.

· Support change controls to ensure that changes are transferred to manufacturing with the right setup to prevent manufacturing issues or market complaints.

· Conduct close reviews of validation and quality documents, product specifications, and methodology for transfer in manufacturing.

· Participate in PFMEA's (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and risk assessments to ensure that changes will not cause adverse issues in manufacturing and to customers.

· Perform validations/evaluations as deemed necessary by the manager in relation to issues, improvement actions, and test methods in the area of responsibility.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
