This role is critical in maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting documentation control systems within our food manufacturing operations. **Location** : Onsite in Pomona, CA **Pay** : $24-$25/hour **Hours** : **M-Th: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm** **Fri: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm** **Type** : 6 month contract-to-hire **Key Responsibilities** + Maintain high-quality standards for all documentation generated by production, quality assurance, and sanitation departments. + Review forms for completion, accuracy, and compliance with established protocols. + Support compliance with FDA, SQF, and other regulatory body requirements. + Ensure accuracy of allergen documentation and labeling compliance across all production areas. + Assist with customer complaint investigations. + Maintain accurate filing systems and document retention protocols. **Required Qualifications** + Minimum 2 years of experience in QA Documentation. + Proficiency with FDA, USDA, AIB, HACCP, GMP, and Allergen Programs. + Understanding of labeling regulations including FDA, COOL, Prop 65, nutritional warnings, and health claims. + Experience with NLEA labeling guidelines and nutritional data development using ESHA Genesis Programs. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. _This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
