JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Monitors assigned audits and/or special projects while maintaining a “hands-on” auditing role.Thoroughly communicates necessary QA Audit details to their immediate manager.Train auditors as needed following QA Inspection Guidelines and Process.Maintain QA Auditor training to ensure audits are following correct guidelines and processes. Monitors audits throughout the day by way of MS Teams QA group messages and photos.Advises QA defect codes for auditors as needed.Continuously monitors and recommends changes to audit process to maximize efficiency.Travel to other distribution centers as needed.Follows all safety protocols and Skechers policiesTask out daily QA audits as needed.Prepare apparel audit spreadsheets.Data entry of completed audits as needed.Communicate major time sensitive quality issues to relevant corporate personnel when necessary.Any other related duties as needed.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES-
NAJOB REQUIREMENTS-
Ability to understand basic manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Fluent in reading, writing, and verbally communicating in English.Detail oriented, keeps track of projects.Communicates well with all team members using E-mail, phone, and MS Teams.Innovative and creative thinker.Self-Starter that gets things done.Possesses a sense of responsibility and ownership.Manages multiple projects and multi-tasks well.Capable of training.Proficient Computer Skills.Basic math skills including fractions.Maintains useful records.Promotes a strong sense of team, based on trust and mutual respect for others.Ability to work overtime as needed.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent.Order Picker Equipment Certified a plus.Apparel QA experience beneficial.The pay range for this position is $21-$23/hr.
