Full-time
Hours: 1st Shift
7 am – 4:30 pm (flexible as needed)
INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE LESS THAN 3 ATTENDANCE POINT IN ORDER TO APPLY
Duties:
+ Process paperwork from the production floor
+ Typing data from NSIS program
+ Organize HACCP data
+ Learn to be proficient in the Safety Chain Quality Control Program
+ Prepare final reports from the data collected
+ Be able to analyze and trend data accurately
+ Be part of any internal/3rd party audits
+ Gather information for USDA and Food Safety reports
+ Organize USDA reports
+ Any other duties assigned by management
+ Learn Food Safety Programs
+ Create reports and distribute to all departments
+ Learn Shop Floor and Safety Chain programs

+ Confident in problem solving
+ Time management; Accuracy
+ Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge and good computer skills
+ Able to communicate verbally and in written form,with management team
+ Able to work weekends as needed (when plant scheduled)

+ High school diploma or equivalent
