QA Associate

Summary: Seeking a QA Associate 1 to perform quality assurance tasks in a regulated GMP manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

Real-time audit of batch records for accuracy and compliance Perform room and equipment clearances following cleaning procedures Conduct microbial swabbing for environmental monitoring Routine testing of samples, including particle size, bulk density, and moisture analysis

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in science or technical field with 2 years of relevant experience Lean Six Sigma, ASQ certification or other professional certifications

Responsibilities:

Recommend and review SOP revisions Monitor production areas for compliance to SOP/cGMP/batch record standards Initiate deviation problem reports in Trackwise for QA discovered issues Manage quality status of WIP and finished goods in inventory systems

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
